k just a quick update
I decided to get
1Gb OCZ EL DDR PC3200 Gold Series Dual Channel kit from that site, might i add first time i bought from there and they were very helpful and arrived in 2 days!
I followed this report from the OCZ site,
8RDA+ testing and went with the 2-2-2-6, 200Mhz.
Plugged um in, altered the VDIMM to 2.9v (it was 2.77v or 2.9v so went with the latter to fully cover the 2.8v needed) altered the timings to 2-2-2-6, saved and exited... ran smoothly straight away!
