Nick - go lock yourself in a room for 2 weeks or better still go on holiday to the outskirts of the outer outskirts of the highlands of Scotland with no ciggies or human interaction.
Now scream, rant and rave all you want and when you arrive back after 2 weeks all will be fine and dandy
