| From what I've gathered, the Karma is a great player (though limited capacity now). It did unfortunately suffer from quality issue (mainly dying hard disks).
There is a site out there for troubleshooting Karmas. There are some pretty extreme suggestions that apparently worked for some people. Can't seem to find the site anymore though, I didn't have it bookmarked. But it is probably still there, since it wasn't an official site.
