Why not? If i get one with Full Service History / MOT / Tax, combine that with 18 months - 2 years driving Fully Comp as Main Driver with 1 other named driver and 0 NCB and i could well get it for around £1k.

Stu has a Saxo VTR and is paying £950 or so Fully Comp NCB after 18 months of driving afaik.
