Meh, I don't mind snipers too much, theres always a way to take em out as well as them taking you out, but one thing I really hate is flashbangs. I really don't mind them from a strategical perspective, but when every opposing team member buys two and bombards you with them every round until you finally gather vision when you drop dead, that is not fun, at all. But I guess since not everyone does that it's not so bad.
