Hi once more...
I disabled my proxy settings and now I can get into the site...
Now for some reason I'm having problems downloading the files.
Following is a post that I placed on the GetRight forum.

I'm having problem downloading software and drivers from ATI using GetRight.
I navigate to the link that downloads that new drivers and I click on it.
The GetRight window opens and shows the correct file name in the “file name” window.
9-13_mmc_uci.exe
I select my ATI folder as the download location.
I click on download.
The file it downloads is....
leech.asp
I have tried this repeatedly.
I have pasted the entire address...
https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/674/9206...13_mmc_uci.exe
Into the GetRight window and tried to download it that way. The same thing happens.

I think there is a curse on this thing.
The good news is that I can do what I need to do at this time.
I'll get this straightened out eventually.
