The problem with rogues at the moment is they don't scale very well as gear increases. Rogues were awesome 1 year ago when people were just hitting 60 wearing green's and blues. That's where the idea that rogues are overpowered came from, because most people had around 3k hp, casters even less, warriors a bit more. Now almost all people have 4k+ hp, and people in end game raiding gear are up towards 5k hp (i'm currently at 4.5k unbuffed). Warriors on the other hand do scale very well with gear and depending on the type of fight, well geared DPS warriors can easily out damage rogues.

That and GIFV FEIGN DEATH! PLZ!

Also, rogues probably have the highest number of totally crap abilities Mainly due to the scaling problem I mentioned earlier, an ability that does a flat ammount of damage becomes useless once gear improves (garotte anyone?).
