If you lookin to stop i'd do it before the expansion otherwise you will just get dragged way way way back in
another 10 levels, more instances and more quests and a hell of alot more.
Stated that ZG, MC and AQ20 will be completable with only 10 level 70s BWL, OL and AQ40 will be fine with 15 - 20 man and naxx either 20 - 25 man groups
all these "end game" instances are going to be the next UBRS, LBRS, Strat and Scholo
