Yep.. ill be there...
Right.. been looking at the VEF 2 hosting guide...
http://66.114.65.249/vov/site/FAQ.htm
Basically... theres 2 options
1. Host creates a quick randomly generated mission (minimum 4 v 4), the mission generator creates a mission that is tactically relevant to the map. Simple.. job done
2. Host creates a planned mission ( minimum......? ), where he can decide on a target, type of attack, how many planes patrol, how many planes escort etc..... and an opposition mission is planned at the same time (by the oppoisition

).. These two plans are then used together to create a mission, whioch can then be downloaded and hosted.
MY thoughts...
Option 2 sounds the best and also the most likely one that is going to cause delays and a lot of time waiting around in Hyperlobby. Im here to fly, not click drop down boxes all night.
If we had enough people ( 8 minimum) with equal numbers on opposite sides (Marlins vs ?) then we could quite happily fly quickly generated coop VEF2 missions until the cows come home...So Option 1 gets my vote for the moment.
If we fight Marlins against Swordfish... are we going to have enough people? Could we be organised enough to actually pull it off?
SHould we suggest this to an english speaking OKL squad.. maybe for regular meets? It would mean a whole lot less waiting around and a bit of a plan
What you say?
