| I think saying 'Sony copied Wii' is slightly out of context, the technology isn't a first and has been done before.
I think what people are trying to portray is that 'Sony were inclined to add motion sensing to their controller in an attempt to counter Nintendo Wii's features'. That statement may be more realistic.
