Will there be a Theater 650 extender like the following from SageTV (which I believe is a Hauppauge MediaMVP).

I have had a few Hauppauge products in the past but the picture looked much better on my TV Wonder Elite. Is there a way to create an extender using the TV Wonder Elite or the Theater 650?
