| Sometimes you need to speak to their Retention team, who are more interested in helping you.
In the shops they are on commision for new contracts (esp. Carphone Warehouse) so upgrading is not in their interest.
I've done it twice, had my free phone sent out, 6 months 1/2price rental (out of 12).
