| I've threatened to cancel my contract at upgrade time every time for the last 6 or 7 years. You can always get a good deal that way. Last time I did it with O2 they offered me £5 off a month from my rental (which was already as cheap or cheaper than I could get it elsewhere) but they screwed it up. In the end they just credited by bill with £65 instead. The extra £5 was their way of apologising, they seem to be pretty good like that.
Matt, have you used the E900? I have one and I absolutely hate it! It looks really nice, but it's very slow and the touch sensitive buttons are extremely frustrating. |
