Anyone dealt with phones2udirect? As this is my first post it will not let me put the url - the webaddress is www with .co.uk in the end.
They don't seem to be too keen to give cashback. Their Cash back terms seem to be complecated and not easy to understand. They don't seem to be answering their phones and take ages to reply to emails. They have rejected my cashback
and wondered anyone else has had any similar experience with them. I would say don't buy from this company. I am thinking of going to small claims court to claim my money back but not sure if it is worth it ?
