Just had my first bill from Vodafone through, and despite the salesmans promises, Itemised billing wasn't included for free.
However, I only noticed after he had separated the two sheets, I made him ammend his copy, but forgot mine

and hence I have no itemised billing - and if I want it, I have to pay
Whats the best way to proceed - the girl I spoke to at Vodafone CS wanted me to take my copy of the contract to a store, but it shows no itemised billing?
