| if ur definition of malfunctioning was under normal conditions, ie a manufactureres defect, if from carphonewarehouse then u shold be able to take it into drop in repair centre , try CPW first,, becase its free . dont have to send back postage costs ..
otherwise contact sony ericions direct and they shld give a reference number to return it back under.... i rmbr becase i had to send my frnd k750i back to SE direct bcoz it kept freezing |
