| My K800i and ipod work on the same computer quite successfully. But I tried installing the K800i on my laptop and it just simply did not work. You might need to reinstall Windows so you have a completely fresh start. I had the ipod / itunes installed before I installed the K800i CD, and then plugged in the phone.
