You get two scammers which boost up eachothers bids, in order to fool the seller that they are selling their phone for an absolute killer price. (Hence the winners fb).
This is very common with mobile phones and notebook computers, it generally ruins ebay for everyone.
I find it very unlikely that there was any exchange of money on that transaction.
