I would say the easiest interface for someone who wants simple PVR functions and a Guide is actually Windows Media Center. I know this is a terrible thing to say, and it almost hurts to say it, but when you want an answer that is what I would give. If you were not happy with the 650 in Media Center you could try the Hauppauge (I have no knowledge of how good or bad this is though), or one of the other options that work with Media Center. There are a lot of cards that support Media Center and will tune digital TV. There aren't as many hybrid tuners that tune both digital TV and analog, but in my opinion it seems best to get separate tuners for that at the moment. Even if there is a hybrid tuner that works well for both applications, it may always have limitations unless it can really operate as both an analog tuner and a digital tuner at the same time (VBox 164). There is no good way to answer your question, but I would say any of the supported tuner cards in the Media Center interface are going to be the most straight forward in your case.
