    what did the BSOD say?
when you flash you reset all the BIOS parameters, did you set everything back to what it should be (e.g. I see that you are running 4 DIMMS - did you increase VMCH at all?)?

The simple fact is that the nvidia 650i SLI is a pretty poor/touchy chipset - it doesn't really like running 4 DIMMS & the 333 default fsb of your quad is about all that you will get out of any 650i SLI mobo with a quad.
Youi also may want to check the chipset/VRM temps as they'll also tend to run very hot with a quad @333fsb.

You don't appear to be running SLI so you might want to consider keeping the CPU but getting a P35/P45 mobo instead of the FP-IN9 SLI.

The BSOD is always different, but usually points towards the HDD's or RAID or SATA controller..
After the BIOS flash I reset it, and input all my settings again, I set it all up the same it's always been for the E6750, I'm not sure what the VMCH is, but I did input the memory timings and voltage (5 5 5 15 2T, @ 1.95V)
The thing is, everything runs fine with the E6750 which runs at 333x8.0.. The chipset doesn't have time to get too hot as the system is only on for 15 seconds..
I have also been running the 4 DIMM's for 2 years now without a problem..

I was thinking about getting a P45 chipset board, as I still need the RAID support, but don't really need the SLi support, but I don't wanna go out and buy another motherboard if the problem is with the CPU, it will also mean another format/reinstall..

I picked up an EP45-DS4 today, and it's all fixed..
    Thanks for your help..

there's an EO stepping beta BIOS thread here & abithelp.com has BIOS files for those (common now) days when abit's ftp isn't working properly.
chipset drivers from nVidia's site, Realtek from Realtek etc.
