I'm trying to get in contact with you due to the replacement motherboard IN9 32X-Max you sent me has packed in, error code A0 which I believe refers to either the bios or chipset. The comp was working fine at the time of useing, when suddenly it just went off and tried to reboot.
I have tried ringing you on 01438 362088 but the number seems to be outdated. Could you please email me at cparker091@aol.com with you.

Do you have a UK number for support as this replacement m/board should be still under warranty from when it was replaced

Hi Chris,

The office in the Netherlands (takes care of RMA as well) is available at:
00800-CALLABIT (00800-22552248)

In the phone menu you can choose for the RMA department as well. Please note that in general the shop is responsible for the product, they should take care for the warranty and RMA.

I am in the UK and have tried ringin 0800-22552248 & 800-22552248 but no such luck, is there a UK RMA number that I can ring???

I guess that should be 00800-22552248 (00 because it is an international toll free number).
