The IX38 comes with the uGuru chip on the motherboard and also with the software that allows OC'ing adjustments from within Windows. The uGuru panel never came with boards as far as I know; the instructions are just there in case you happen to obtain one.

The Guru panel hasn't been available for a while now. But it looks like we will get some from the US. They will be available on the webshop (www.abitshop.eu) when we get them.
I will give an update when we have them and when they are available in the shop.
you can still get GC-02 & GC-03 Guru clocks on ebay.
the GC-03 would be the better with an IX38.
