Re: BIOS updates for Intel E0 stepping

So jealous with your OC result, using stock voltage achieved 3.9GHz. You got nice batch processor! My E8400 Q827 Batch ned 1.3x Vcore for 9hr Orthos stable at 3.9Ghz. In my case, i ned 1.5 Vmch to stable at 433 FSB.

By the way, what i mean in last post is not Vmch cannot adjust. When you set 1.45 Vmch in Bios, in fact you get 1.5 Vmch.

Re: BIOS updates for Intel E0 stepping

What about an E7300 or E7400?
Will those updated BIOS versions support those?
    On which boards?

E7400 doesn't appear in the CPU support list....
    There're only E7200 and E7300, but not E7400.

Re: BIOS updates for Intel E0 stepping

When will be released the official E0 updates in the global Abit site? All E0 CPU's are still in testing...

Thumbs up Re: BIOS updates for Intel E0 stepping

    Hi man,

Can you please tell me what specific E0 CPU does this BIOS18 suport?

In the main CPU suport page look like the IN9 do have suport to the new 45nm Quad and Dual, but someguys around are getting trouble with the 45nm E0 quads.

C2D 45nm "C0" work´s fine but about the E0 stepping can you tell us what the CPU list supported?

If you can please read this tread:

    Thanks !

I will update this thread if we get new updates.

Note it is important to make a CMOS clear after the flash. Then boot, go into the BIOS and load the optimized defaults.
