Bent pins on Socket 775 motherboard

I have an AB9 Pro. I was stupid enough to bend the pins on the socket and now the board is unusable. Obviously warranty won't cover this so I can't send it back to the supplier.

Can I send it to Abit for repair? Obviously this would be a chargeable repair. How much would it cost?

    Thanks,

    Norphy

We can adjust the pins but are unable to replace the pins due to the way they are mounted to the board. The service will cost £12. Send your detials to returns@abitcomputer.co.uk and I will sort out a RMA form.

Heh, I pretty much cacked myself when I took my new E6600 out last night, I thought ALL of the pins had come off the bottom of the processor! :|

Good job they're built onto the board ey?

I have never had a Intel Processor so I didn't know what to expect!
