Flashing ATI Sapphire 5830

I have a SAPPHIRE HD5830 1GB GDDR5 PCIE (Game Edition), Where do I get the BIOS for the card?????????

The reason why I want to try this because I am one of the unfortunate users that experiences the coloured screen crashes with vertical lines and I read that this option could help me solve the problem I'm having.

2 of my friends had to return the cards for new ones at the end when they had this issue.

I would definitely return it if I were you. I'm sceptical of any "potential" fixes.
