If it's anything like Nexus updates, they roll it out slowly to avoid a situation where they introduce a major bug to a large amount of devices before being able to pull it. For instance: http://appleinsider.com/articles/14/...for-many-users

Well everything has been grand for me so far. I usually hold out on updates but I really REALLY like lollipop on my Moto G, so I couldn't resist.

if you dont want to wait for the OTA upgrade you and update yourself ( no root required , just upload the zip - reboot into recovery mode and select update )
