I'm stuck with an old Galaxy S2 because I work with machinery and my phone gets bashed about at work. My girlfriend would love a oneplus one, though, and it's her birthday in three weeks

And me - after reading more news about Sony stopping software updates for more phones it brought tears to my eyes. I simply cannot deal with them any more. They've had my 2nd (yes 2nd) phone for 2 weeks with no phone call or email. Problems after problems.

If I were to rate sony from 1-10 (10 being the best) they'd get a -10. I'd never touch the company with a barge pole. Useless numpties. 530 pounds on phones that don't work.

It seems like every time I talk about phones I slate Sony; it's for good reason. I don't want someone else to end up in this endless nightmare. It's really stressful!

Not to hand - its on GSM arena. I was looking at some reviews on phones and it said something like but be cautious, Sony have stopped software development for yet another phone (believe it was for a C series device or something )

I rang Sony about my phone (3 weeks now) and they said that they only received it the other day, which means the Sony store that supposedly sent the phone only sent it last Friday. 2 WEEKS IT TOOK TO SEND A PHONE. Absolutely disgraceful.

What carrier are you with here in Cardiff? I get 4G with three mobile. I'm assuming you're on O2 in that case.
