start and stop at startup - new HTPC assembling

    Hello everybody.
I have assembled a new HTPC in Antec fusion remote max.
All cables seems well connected (despite the very poor manual)
But, if I switch the power on th pC only start only 1 second, then stop, then restart, restop, restart, ......
Any idea on this strange issue ?
    Many thanks in advance

    Hi,

Your system is a new build? It didn't run before? Which power supply are you using? If possible please try to swap it and see if the system will be running with a new PSU.

Anything else, please let us know.

    Thanks for replying.
Yes, it is a completely new assembling, never run before.
The new power suplly is "ANTEC EARTHWATTS 430W"
I will try to find another one and keep you informed

Re: start and stop at startup - new HTPC assembling

I found out that Antec PSU was not involved.
In fact, one cable connection was missing to the motherboard.
    It is the one "CPU"
It's a pity, but the motherboard's manual is as poor as the Antec fusion remote max.
    Thanks again for your help.
