AIW and HDTV Wonder same the same PC?

Hello all! I have a couple of questions that I suspect many of you know the answers to. So if I may, I won't waste anymore of your time...

I am currently running an AGP 256 All in wonder on my PC~(see specs w/ signature) which I purchased last week to build a PVR/TiVo machine. Am piping the VGA signal into a 23" Toshiba HD flat screen monitor/TV. I plan to order the ATI ~ VGA to HDTV adaptor. Once I do order that, will I need to also get HDTV Wonder to record in HD? I sure hope not... was really look forward to getting to buy a new sound card to power an old 5.1 Bose "coffee cup" system I had laying around!!! But, if I do need to go that route... should the 2 "play well with each other?"

1 is AGP & the other PCI... so thats no concern. Or so it would seem to me. And I seem to remeber the paperwork from the AIW saying something about supporting dual cards? I'll have to look into that... but I could be wrong about that!

Also I have a HDTV camcorder... Will I need the HDTV Wonder to record from my HD miniDV's in HD to DVD/VCD? ...I do realize this PC will be too slow to edit HD. Maybe santa will bring a G5!? OH PLEASE SANTA PLEASE!

My apolgizes if these are horrible newbie ?'s... but I have dumped WAY TOO MUCH $ in the last 5 months on fun toys, I not gonna miss out on part of the fun cuz I didn't ask!

Thanks again for any input or suggestions!

~Joel

There is no problem with AIW card and HDTV Wonder. However you cannot record from both tuners at the same time. Recording from HD Camcorder needs to be done through HDTV Wonder.
