ATI TV WONDER 650 CC HELP!!! w/ vDub

Alright, well recently I wanted to upgrade to a new capture card, so I got the TV Wonder 650. Here is the problem. With my ATI TV Wonder Pro I captured with vDub and I understand how to use it and everything, but when I go to capture with it now, and I select capture AVI, a black screen appears. Then I select all the right settings including video input composite, and I click preview, the screen stays black. Then I click capture avi after setting my capture file, and then click capture or F6, and it doesnt start capturing. I really need help because I know this capture card can get easily the best quality possible, but I can't get any AVI recording working. I can record in WME at like 4MBPS but it still isn't up to my standards.

Well also I realized that when I went to use a program called Dscaler or something like that, once I tried to switch it to composite, and then the program closed down. Its weird. I realized that it did this too when trying to use iuVCR the first time, it shut my comp down...

I think it may be just one thing or one universal driver I need or something small and I will be set to go, please help me out guys!
