Legal Backup of Clearplay DVD

Hey all!

I have an ATI Theater 550 PRO PCI card and I would like to hook it up to my clearplay DVD player and Rip the live Video/Audio from it.
The only reason I want to do this is so that I can Watch Clean Movies on my computer with out having to download a file from clearplay to edit the movies (If you know what Clearplay is, you know what I mean). I'm no pirate! So don't kill my post please!!!


THE PROBLEM

-like i said, I want to backup my clearplay DVD A/V output through the video/audio input of me theater 550 PRO PCI card. (if you know what clearplay is, then you know that riping an edited movie from a DVD is Impossible)
-I'm using ChrisTV Pro 5.0 to try and do it, but I can't get any audio/video signal. Just a black screen. Not the fuzz screen like you can sometimes get.

Any Ideas?

UPDATE

I got the video and audio to show from VirtualDub via RCA. But if i use S-video, how do I capture the sound as well??
