Green Fuzz in Vista Ult. 64

I went to Vista to use the WMC functionality since the Soundgraph newer version haven't brought support for TV Tuners, older versions did but chewed up CPU (unoptimized).

Ever since I have installed Vista 64, I get a green/black fuzzy screen that freezes my machine when attempting to watch NTSC video in MMC with ATI Theatre 650 Pro. I am using 64-bit Catalyst drivers and tried to revert to many previous version of the driver and to no avail.

AMD FX-60
Asus A8N-Sli Premium
WD 74GB Raptor
EVGA 7800 GTX
Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS Platinum

Has anyone else suffered this green/black screen after about 5 minutes of viewing
