Question for Mike K re theatre pro chip

Hi,

Firstly I would like to appologise for addressing this directly to an individual.
Secondly, to cut a long story short I am desperately trying to find out if the video filters are fully functional on the u.k. sapphire theatrix version of this card ?

They are the one and only reason I bought the card in the first place but I cannot seem to make them work, even though I can see all the options.

Sapphire u.k. have not replied to my support request and they do not answer their phone line, unfortunately ati support is pretty much the same.

Im having great success using this card with graphedit but I need full control over the filters.

I would really appreciate an answer to this question,

Just in case anyone asks,

The proc amp settings - brightness, contrast etc all work fine and on any software I have tried. My question relates to the 23 settings available in the comb filter and noise reduction filters, the only features that made me buy the card.

Does anyone have any info on this ?

Ati support have informed me of the mmc 9.13 and catalyst 6.1 downloads. The new mmc is nice but doesnt help with my filters issue and the catalyst wdm's dont appear to have an update for theatre pro chip.

I have now heard elsewhere that the filters work but not noticeable on a strong clean feed, I have tested them on a weak / dirty feed but still cannot see any difference in the signal.

Also heard that any filter changes are disabled during capture ??
