Question S-video & 550 Pro problem

Hello, I’m having a bit of a problem with my 550 Pro TV tuner,

Setup;
WinXP MCE 2005
550 Pro with 6.14.10.102 version drivers
Sagem cable decoder [PAL] with two scart RGB outputs
Primary scart output ->TV
Secondary scart ouput -> s-video in on 550 Pro

My problem is that the s-video input comes in black and white plus in 4:3 aspect ratio even though the decoder box is set to 16:9 now it is probably the scart->s-video cable I have which is part of the problem & I tried an adaptor as well but it didn’t seem to work with MCE’s input detection. I am going to try and get a scart->composite cable next and if that doesn’t work a scart RGB->s-video converter but in the mean time is their anyway to tweak the s-video input so it at least appears in colour under MCE if that’s possible ?

Also one other weird thing that I cannot explain the radio tuner has only worked once so far under MCE’s interface were I picked up two stations but when I installed the ATI MMC your own app picked up all the radio stations without a problem and I still cant pick anything up anymore using the MCE interface any ideas as to why

Thanks for the answer a little surprised (& dissapointed) they only do 4:3 as for the other problems well the radio thing seems to have worked itself out after I moved the HTPC to another location it began to pick up the radio stations.
