theatre 550 pro pci Express problems

I installed Power Color 550 pro along with the cyberlinks power cinema software, It worked fine except the sound cuts out completely after a couple of minutes, this only does this when using the power cinema, if i use mce 2005 the sound works fine, but I have a problem with the tuner not being found on and off in mce2005. If i go through the setup which is a pain it will work. I also tried the GB-PVR software which seems to not have the tuner not found issues but on occasion has the same issues with sound as does the power cinema software. Today when lauching live tv in power cinema the tuner could not be found cropped up. Does anyone have any idea of what is going on. I would like to run it in mce2005 since i do not have any sound issues but having to go through the set up program almost every time is a pain . any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
