Can I Get Freeview Sign In My Theatrix 550 Pro???? Help!!!
Hi, my name is Denis....and i live in Uk, i just bought a Theatrix 550 PRO, thinking that it was also a digital receiver for Freeview sign, but i only get 4 channels from Analogue sign!!!
Does anyone knows if i could connect a freeview box to the card??? Has anybody tried that before??? If i connect a Freeview TOP-box to my ati-pci-card, will i get all the freeview channels???? PLEASE HELP ME!!!! King Regards Denis.

How about the Scart Cable???? do i have to have an adaptor for it or something????
Or do i just put the aerial into the freeview box...and from the box to my card? Is that all i have to do??? or does it require something else??? |

Hi, i just tryied to get the freeview channels with the freeviewbox from my neighbour, and i tried in many different ways with POWER CINEMA, but i could get more channels then i had before just with the analogue sign!!!
I tried scaning in different ways within TV settings....with CABLE CONNECTOR, ANTENNA, COMPOSITE....all of them... and i didn`t get the 30 something channels...and I do have a good aerial for it...because it works fine on the tv.....so i dunno what i have to do! Do i need another program then POWER CINEMA??? Whats missing????? PLEASE HELP ME!!!! KING REGARDS!!! |

Hi denis6902,
I use a freeview box connected via a scart to my 550. The scart came from ASDA or Maplin (I can't remember now), was cheap and has three phono connectors for connecting to the breakout box. If you use that hopeless Power Cinema then go to the 'video' section and connect via composite. I would recommend GBPVR (http://forums.gbpvr.com/forumdisplay.php?f=10) as it's free and you can use the EPG. It takes a little setting up but is worth it. Again, you connect via composite in setup.
