    Question Brazil

Is this film any good? I saw about half of it a few years ago when I forgot to stop the VCR recording and it got half the film on tape.

    Is it worth renting/buying?

    Thanks

It's on BBC1 at the mo.
Started about half an hour ago. I saw it a few years ago and thought it was self indulgent crap but it had lots of good reviews over the years from the critics so I thought I'd give it another chance.

Half an hour into the film and now I think it's dated self indulgent crap

Maybe it's just too damn clever for my tiny brain.......

Worth watching -its visually worth the watch even if as a film it has lots of flaws. Its much much better than Baron Munchausen any day.

    I'd agree with Skeps.

If you're into mainstream cinema then this probably won't do anything for you.

    Personally I love Gilliam's work.

The mrs won't sit through it again tho'..........LOL
