Dissapointed TBH - though the meeting on the Christmas party had me laughing

Dissapointing on the whole but there were one or two good bits: -

    1: The Austin Powers thing
2: The Xmas Party "Brainstorm"... Wet T-Shirt
3: and the quote "The only advise I'd want of you is about mortgages" LOL

lol, being a bit harsh aren't we?

It was kinda what I expected, nothing amazing but still good. Anyway the final part is tomorrow night so that might be better.

Wasn't great but not half as disappointing as the last Only Fools and Horses - now that was pap. No story, hardly any laughs... complete waste. Should've finished it back in 96 with the last lot of 'last ever' shows and gone out on a high. After Batman and Robin this was a serious letdown. The Porridge mockumentary was also rather poor too.

Tis true - I haven't bothed watching only fools and horses this year. Why couldn't they have just left it at the "last ever episode" (the one where they do become millionaires).

Most of the great british comedys have only had a few series, and I think thats why Ricky wants to leave the office at two. No point in flogging a dead horse (or a dead fool )

I completely forgotten it was on. Will make sure I see the 2nd part tonight though.

I got series 1 on DVD for Christmas as I had series 2 already. Hope they do a third series as at the end of the 2nd Brent was being kinda fired and hauled over the coals, be interesting to see what comes of that.

friend of mine saw him live in a comedy club - said his act was really quite hit-n-miss, with quite a lot of jokes falling flat. possably they only got the best ones out for the live dvd?

The second special was tops. Plenty of good laughs, and Dawn and Tim got it together. Nice.

Shame there isn't going to be a third series... would be better than most of the slush on TV these days.

    Yeah,

Same feelings as Vaul with that episode. Was a really good way to end it. You could see right through series 1 & 2 that Dawn and Tim were into each other. I knew that was going to happen as soon as she opened the gift.

Really is a shame that there isn't going to be a third series, Series 2 was what got me right into it initially
