there are some tests for that on the finding nemo dvd (region 1) but i personally didnt think they were up to much. i'd reccomend getting a different aftermarket setup optimiser if the propper dvd is the same

They're not sold in that many places publicly. Your best bet is eBay, or post a wanted request on some forums such as www.avforums.com (or indeed here
). The ones included with such THX certified films like Monsters Inc and Terminator 2 are cut down versions with only the basic audio and visual setup aids.

i recommend :- http://www.avforums.com/forums/showt...threadid=66336 more than enough test pictures / tones to keep you busy calibrating your tv for weeks! well, kept me occupied for a while
and i can vouch for Piero, top service.or someone's got a spare sealed one for a bit cheaper :- http://www.avforums.com/forums/showt...hreadid=110302 pixel plus gets good reviews from the a/v mags, but lots of the guys on av forums aren't as impressed :- http://www.avforums.com/forums/showt...threadid=57496, i can't say i've checked one out myself though, well not one that wasn't a set-up disaster in the high-street electrical dealers, i find it hard to believe how they can make the picture on a £2k set look so bad, sometimes i can't help but do some quick picture adjustments myself, but then they often feed them with a terrible signal as well, and you just lose all hope of them ever selling it to a sane customer. it's degrading for the TVs. Pixel plus is brilliant, IMHO. Philips TVs without it, however, are not brilliant. The best TV manufacturers (again IMHO) are Toshiba, Panasonic and Sony.
And yes in high street shops like Currys they feed the TVs with terrible signals, probably split from one signal to about 100 TVs. They have a little dedicated bit though for home cinema, and they often have nice TVs hooked up to a dvd player there
