Ok, Should I pick
Marantz DV4200 OSE or Marantz DV4300 .... I aint got a recent "What Hifi" and I cant find ANY reviews on the web for either machine... and the EUROPE Marantz sites' navigation wont work. I can get the DV4200 OSE cheaper.... but is it worth spending less... whats the quality difference??? |

The DV4300 is just the replacement for the DV4200. Newer typically equals better when it comes to emerging technologies like this.
I'm sure it'll work great with your 25" sub.

It is a good sub actually... it was either this one or the REL Q150e, but I didnt like the black ash finish.
plus this sub matches my speakers. http://www.kef.com/products/subwoofers/sub3.html 300w aint bad for a small bedroom, plus an amp that does summet like 100watt*6 RMS... ...nuff said. |

4300 will simply be a newer-specced version of the 4200. most of the components will probably be the same - might just have some updates such as more formats supported

Yeah get the 4300. It'll be of the same quality most likely, and possibly a shade better, just more up to date.
3Dfx, pics of your setup?
