    I think, sometimes, I might need help

    I found in my car compilation box this morning a disk where Erasure was followed by Balck Sabbath.

    Some of my better ones are:

    NWA--->Boney M
    Motley Crue--->Ottowan
    Sabbath--->Samantha Fox (in fact it was Paranoid--->I only wanna be with you)
    Taylor Dayne--->Judas Priest
    Aerosmith--->Cheeky Girls

    I do it deliberately to be honest.

    I usually try to put the songs in an order of gradience, that doesn't always work, though. Especially when I put Django Reinhardt next to The Locust...

    you lot are JUST as bad..if not WORSE than me.

    Gotta say tho.....its kind of like a "Diary" cos as you look back at your compilations you remember what you were thinking of and going through.

    I have one cd with just Smiths "Hang the DJ" on it ...no ...joking

    BUT some of the wierd ones are nearly sick in their lack of taste and class......really really bad....and Vaul gets the highest score of "diverse" with finishing on Land of Hope and Glory

    I have a nsaty habit of putting togtehr compilations for the car before going on holiday, picking a selection of tunes that will please various members of the family and the end result is often rather "interesting." The key to good compilations is to listen to them a few times before you finalise your choices and check it all works, i o often end up picking a track I like forgetting it is from the end of an album and has a 5 minute break in it before a hidden track and stick it in the middle of a cd.

    Recent compilations have included the likes of The Darkness, REM, David Bowie, Good Charlotte and Genesis :s

    The Verve - Drugs dont work ---> Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass - Spanish Flea.
