Cool... could be good... but could be pants. Can't possibly be as good without Jean Reno He made that film what it was.
Willing to give it a try though!

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.

Only if she gets an attitude and acts well. I mean, you're killing people Portman, you're not a fairy with a gun.
Otherwise itll be crap on a stick. I agree with Sair though - Jean Reno and.. cop.. what's his name.. ARGH! (mental block) made the first film.

I dont like sig pics so i turn off sigs Which doesnt help when i dont know what ive written here! DOH!

Ugh, I'm all for letting classic films rest in peace, rather than face ruining it with a crappy sequel/spin-off/remake.

Can't the studios think of anything decent any more?

I loved the first film... a prequel would have been a better option, in my opinion, though. Although that would mean you'd have to get Jean Reno back in, but Natalie Portmans already there, so that's okay then. Too much lemsip, I think.

The first film rocked... Did anyone see Jean Reno in "nakita". Thats where leon originally came from. The guy is cool on ice.

    Sceptical of the sequel though.

Jean Reno is getting on a tad now, and to play a YOUNGER version of himself in the original is pushing it a bit unfortunatly, but id prefer it as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first film although I am sceptical about them making a new film. I think this is one of them films that would probably not benefit from a sequel.

    Thats my opinion anyway.

Fair point, Jean Reno was fantastic, but since he died in the original he couldn't really come back in a sequel now could he? Hehehe!

Could have put it much better myself.

The very thought of this film is making my blood boil.

I think you've hit the nail on the head Comic Guy.

I wouldn't expect anything from a sequel but I could be pleasantly surprised for once..........
