Watching sky in two rooms without multibox
Hi,
My brother in law bought one of those scart AV signal transmitters/receivers, so that you can send your tv signal to two TVs. ie, one of these http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...%2Bsenders.htm however, the quality is rubbish, and he's taking it back tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone here has bought one of these and whether theirs was any good, what make/model it was, etc. Cheers. |

I've got a oneforall one that does remote control too. When I bought it I was really dissapointed as the quality was dreadful, the picture kept rolling and the static noise was deafening. Was going to take it back until I realised my wireless network had fallen over too, put 2 and 2 together changed the wifi channel and both have worked perfectly ever since.
Would it be an option to run a coax between the rooms and use a sky eye? Had one of these when I had sky and couldnt fault it. Change is inevitable, except from vending machines.

thought I replied to this (oops).
Many thanks for the replies - he's a lecky so could wire it up easily enough but was looking for somehing a bit easier. Philip do one - SLV 2000 or something, but not many reviews on most of these units. More's the pity. |
