Russian Radio MP3 podcast
I'm sure there's a very simple answer to this
; where should I save an mp3 file from a Russian radio website in order to find it in iTunes and thereby transfer in to my iPod?TIA.

Just play the file in iTunes (double click if its your default player, drag to library if not). The file WON'T be reencoded unless you ask for it to be! Then when you connect your iPod next it'll sync onto it (if thats how you have it setup).
