Question Should I use Auralex MoPADs or Vibrapods to reduce bass to my neighbour's flat below?

The guy who lives below me said that bass from my 5.1 speaker system kept him awake one night. The problem is that I had already turned down the bass on my Yatai speakers to zero, but the R&B music naturally has plenty of bass.

So someone recommended I get something to reduce the vibration going through my floor.

So should I get Auralex MoPADs or Vibrapods or Vibrapod cones?

Does one work better with reducing bass vibration?

    Thanks,
    May

Bass travels - simple fact, and it's even worse because of the way the ear works, you need it to be a lot louder to hear it properly. There's not a lot you can do about it unless you happen to build a room within your room - which is obviously not practical.
