    Component Splitting

    Hi guys,

I have made a mistake and bought a 2600pro which doesn't have a HDMI port on it when i thought it would (for the tv).

Now the problem is it comes with component outputs and the component input on my tv is already taken up by my xbox, is there any way of using a photo splitter (2 sockets to 1 plug) to use the component in for both? (so long as they are only on one at a time obv).

    Cheers

    Bill

Yeah, either go for a DVI-HDMI lead (I use one to connect my 8600gts to my HDTV) or get a J.S. Technologies component splitter, which will cost about £50, but will do a damn fine job. I also have one of those, and have my PS2 and my XBMC Xbox 1 outputting in 720p to it.
