Linking Wireless Headphones to PS3

I'm probably going to purchasesome Seenheiser RS 130 Wireless Headphones and would like them linked directly to my PS3 because I'm using it with more than one screen. Here is what they look like and here are the cables that come with it:



I've been told to link it I should use this cable that comes with the PS3



I'm using the HDMI to link it so theres no problem with this port being available. Now I'm thinking I will need a RCA Female to Female adapter. Is that correct?

Would this be sufficient:

Belkin PRO Series Audio adaptor RCA (F) RCA (F) - Ebuyer

Also doing all this linking, will I get any diminshment in quality/ problem with cables being incompatible. Humming/Hissing etc.

Is this the best wya of linking them?
