return DVDs if you arnt happy with them? Or, say, that region doesent work on your player?

If it doesent, then do any other DVD retailers let you?

I can't see any place letting you do that tbh. Fair enough if they are faulty but not just because you don't like it. They normally state as well what region the disc is and to make sure you can play the disc before buying.

HMV does, and i dont see why they shouldnt let you. After all you're not satisfied with the movie so you want to return it. Its stuff like this that causes p2p networks to still exist cause i dont buy movies until i KNOW they are gonna be good. That's your hard earned wanga there.. tis unfair if they dont.
