Big interview with em in this months Total Guitar thats well worth a read, i bought it just for that tbh as i don't normally buy guitar mags.

They're new album contraband is out soon, im really lookin forward to it

there's another good article in this months Metal Hammer - well worth checking out

Also has one on In Flames, which is always good!!

Can't wait to hear these guys, I liked Slash's Snakepit, and Duff's solo wasn't too bad either (tho the guy can't really sing!) Never heard much of STP before.

Makes me miss GNR loads tho

damn straight - I got in to them through Soilwork. (saw them in the Underground in Feb - rockin!)

I read about a month back "soilwork: the poor man's In Flames" - so I logically concluded, if Soilwork rock, the In Flames must rock harder!!

Really want to go to that Astoria gig, dont know if I can make it - got nowhere to stay this time - damn my country and it's lack of good metal gigs!!!

I hope In Flames do some more, they only have one UK date listed for this year

Stone Temple Pilots are one of my favourite bands, Purple and No4 are their best albums if you want to here them, or maybe just get hold of a copy of Thank you, it's a best of compilation.

Looking forward to hearing Velvet Revolver stuff, could be good.

Duff looks bloody ill!! Time hasn't been gentle has it.

Duff's been through a rough time! He nearly died when his pancreas exploded in 1994. Doctors attributed this to his prolonged alcohol and drug abuse

    Rock and Roll!!

Sorry to drag up an old thread but I have just pre-orderd the new cd that comes out on June 6th, only £8.99 with limited edition DVD from Play.com. The single they have released called Slither is a really top tune although the video is a bit odd...I'd love to know what Scott Weilend is on as I'd make sure I stay well clear of it, he looks totally out of it.
