    Best Blu-Ray / DVD to demo 5.1?

    Hi All,
So I've pursuaded the Mrs to let me have a 5.1 setup in the lounge. Anyone have a suggestion of a film to demo it when it's all set up?

    Cheers....

A good 5.1 sound demo is Aero by Jean Michel Jarre. For movies Top Gun in the plane fight sequences is excellent.

Lucky man, I wanted to go 5.1 but my parents said no. Fair enough though, my cable management sucks so I'd probably have them trailing all over the place. Instead I opted for one of those Yamaha 5.1 soundbars, not exactly 5.1 but a million times better then tv speakers.

Anyhow I would say Saving Private Ryan would be a good choice to demo. Lord of the Rings is not bad as well.

I saw these in B&Q but they only had the wooden coloured ones in stock. They do look useful though.
